Fee's and Charges Mr Flex

Upon termination of the Rental Agreement, you will need to pay all outstanding payments including any unpaid rental, cleaning costs, technology reimaging fees, late payment fees and enforcement costs. These are outlined in the Terms and Conditions and below.

Cleaning & Sanitation Fee / Technology Reimaging Fee

We will generally charge you a fee to clean, sanitise and reimage each item of the goods when it is returned to us. We will charge the standard fee, unless items of the goods are heavily soiled (and we reasonably consider this is beyond normal use, wear and tear in the circumstances). If items are very dirty and require additional time or equipment we will charge the premium cleaning fee.

Late Payment Fees

(a) If we do not receive your Rental Payment on or before the day it is due, then it will be late and we will charge you a late payment fee.
(b) If your payment is late more than once, the fee we charge increases in line with the table below.

  • any bank fees we incur a result of a direct debit dishonor; and
  • our administrative costs in reviewing your account, contacting you by telephone and sending you a letter about the late payment.
Second late payment $20.00 You pay this amount to cover us for:
  • any bank fees we incur a result of a direct debit dishonor; and
  • our administrative costs in reviewing your account, contacting you by telephone and sending you a letter about the late payment and notifying you in person about the late payment.
Third late payment and any subsequent late payments $35.00 You pay this amount to cover us for:
  • any bank fees we incur a result of a direct debit dishonor; and
  • our administrative costs in reviewing your account, contacting you by telephone and sending you a letter about the late payment, notifying you in person about the late payment and contacting your referees.

Enforcement Costs

You must reimburse Mr Rental Group for all reasonable enforcement expenses which Mr Rental Group actually incurs in enforcing its rights under the Rental Agreement.

  • any fee’s charged to Mr Rental Group by an agency to recover monies owed;
  • any fee’s charged to Mr Rental Group by an agency to recover the items; and
