Website Pricing and Offers in Mr Rental Promotions

1. The following terms and conditions are effective from [insert date].
2. The expression “we”, “us” and “our” means Mr Rental Australia Pty Ltd and its related bodies corporate. The expression “you” means a customer or prospective customer of us or one of the Mr Rental franchisees in our Mr Rental network.
3. These terms and conditions relate to the pricing, discounting and the terms of promotions that appear on our Website that may be accepted online through ordering on our Website rather than in one of the Mr Rental Stores.
4. The Mr Rental network consists of company and franchised Mr Rental Stores operated by us or our franchisees (collectively called the Mr Rental Network).
5. The Mr Rental Network individually and collectively advertises in a number of different ways including locally, regionally and nationally.
6. The Mr Rental Network conducts advertising and promotional activities including but not limited to mail outs and letter box drops, telemarketing, catalogues, on our website or through the internet, television, radio and other social media and can include other marketing activities such as local area marketing conducted by our franchisees and corporate stores (collectively called  Mr Rental Promotions).
7. Those promotional activities may offer valuable discounts, special offers or other benefits to customers for Mr Rental Stores that are participating in those Mr Rental Promotions. If those promotions are offered collectively through our network of participating stores then they are considered to be a Mr Rental Network Promotion in which participating stores will meet the terms of that promotion (called a Mr Rental Network Promotion).
8. All Mr Rental Network Promotions clearly indicate to customers the terms and conditions that apply to those promotions.
9. The terms and conditions will usually indicate:
10. The date that a particular promotion commences and how long it will run for and when it expires;
11. The terms of a particular promotion and the nature and limitations of any offers made in it including eligibility criteria;
12. Whether there is any price, discount or other benefit offered to the normal In-Store recommended price or terms;
13. Whether the offer is subject to the availability of products or services or whilst stocks last; and
14. A list of the participating Mr Rental Stores who are participating in that particular promotion.
15. Our franchisees may participate in our Mr Rental Network Promotions but may occasionally elect not to participate for a variety of reasons.
16. Our franchisees also may offer their own In-Store Promotions which apply separately to any other Mr Rental Network Promotion.
17. As a result a particular Mr Rental Store may not be participating in a particular Mr Rental Network Promotion.
18. Each Mr Rental Store that has agreed to participate in a Mr Rental Network Promotion will be displayed on our Website as a participating store and it must comply with the terms of that promotion.
19. We will publish a list of those participating and non-participating stores on our Website for each of the relevant Mr Rental Network Promotions that are conducted collectively through the Mr Rental Network.
20. We do not publish on our Website every In-Store Promotion being offered by individual Mr Rental Stores.
21. We publish on our Website a variety of policies, terms and conditions that will apply from time to time in respect to particular Website Promotions that will be subject to and include these terms and conditions. You should read those policies, terms and conditions in connection with any promotion we are offering.
22. Individual Mr Rental Stores may offer In-Store special offers or deals, special prices or discounts or other benefits on the normal In-Store prices or terms (called In-Store Promotions).
23. The Mr Rental Network may also offer special deals or promotional offers which are featured in our Catalogues (called Catalogue Promotions) that may be also displayed or promoted on our Website.
24. Our Website may contain offers that show different pricing or terms to the normal recommended In-Store prices or terms because of discounts or other benefits offered to customers who chose to process their order online through our Website rather than by telephone or visiting In-Store (called Website Promotions).
25. Any Website Promotion offer made to a customer is subject to fulfilment by a Mr Rental Store that is listed as a participating store for that Website Promotion.
26. The terms of each promotion may vary however we will endeavour to ensure that the terms of each promotion are always made clear to our Mr Rental customers.
27. These In-store Promotions, Catalogue Promotions and Website Promotions (which are collectively called Mr Rental Special Offers) may vary between Mr Rental Stores depending on a number of factors including (but not limited to):
28. Whether there is a Mr Rental Store near to the customer’s location;
29. Whether that Mr Rental Store is a participating store in the Mr Rental Special Offers of that particular kind or not;
30. The availability of the products referred to in the Mr Rental Special Offers generally and to the Mr Rental Store participating in the promotion that is nearest to the customers location (and from whom the rental is to be made);
31. The location of the Mr Rental Store and whether it is in a region or area where the costs of operation (including transportation and delivery costs) may be higher than for other Mr Rental Stores; and
32. The policy of Mr Rental in relation to the Mr Rental Special Offers which is published from time to time by Mr Rental (including on this Website).
33. In some circumstances the terms, pricing and benefits of In-Store Promotions or Catalogue Promotions may be different and can be more or less beneficial to customers than for Website Promotions (or vice versa). 
34. Customers should always compare current In-Store Promotions, Catalogue Promotions and Website Promotions before deciding the way in which they wish to order to get the maximum benefit available to them.
35. Website Promotions that involve ordering over the Mr Rental Website may offer a greater discount to the normal In-Store price or different terms because of a variety of reasons including that it may be more cost effective and streamlined for the Mr Rental Store to accept and process an order through our Website.
36. A Mr Rental Store does not have to match or provide any discount or other benefit that is offered for rentals ordered in another Mr Rental Store or on the Mr Rental Website or in a Catalogue unless:
37. It is clearly stated in the terms and conditions of that promotion that the actual Mr Rental Store is a participating store for that particular promotion; and
38. The promotion is still current; and
39. The products referred to in that promotion are still available; and
40. The customer is meets the eligibility criteria to participate in the promotion.
